My goal is to uncover the questions you haven’t even asked.

My on-site consulting time interviews all staff members and gets to the bottom line of what your choke points are and create a plan to move your business forward. I come in with fresh eyes to evaluate your dealership from lot layout and use of office space to cleanliness and effectiveness of client spaces to the set up of your service department and any other dealership areas. My recommendations have even included commercial development of unused space and build to suit leases to rightsizing your business and shutting down underperforming locations. 

Technology is key.

I am fortunate to have personal relationships with some of the industry’s leading technology platforms. Over the past 15 years, you will typically find me at the annual NIADA convention where I stay up to date on the latest vendor technology ensuring my clients use the best product available to them, at the best price.  

What You Get.

Typically, I schedule a day and a half at your dealership to address your on-site consulting needs, though some clients may require two full days. Before my arrival, I’ll send you a pre-visit questionnaire to better understand your priorities. We’ll then connect by phone, after which I’ll provide a detailed, hour-by-hour agenda that may include staff interviews, process reviews, budgeting sessions, or financial audits—ensuring our time is used efficiently. Following the visit, I dedicate two to four hours to compiling my recommendations and creating a practical implementation timeline. You can expect to receive this report within a week and a half. That said, during the visit itself, I’ll leave you with actionable insights you can begin applying immediately.

Monthly consulting comes in next.

I know how easy it is to fall back into the status quo. Trust me, you need someone to keep you on task, help with implementation of my on-site recommendations and even deal with new technology/vendors one-on-one to ensure you get started as soon as possible with growing your business. After the on-site consultation, I will provide you with a plan of action that includes how many hours it will take to implement recommendations broken down into specific hours per month. Typically, this is no more than six months.
